Payments
Project deposits reserve production time and are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
Cancellation by Client
Clients may cancel a project in writing. Work completed up to the cancellation date remains payable.
Project Pauses
Projects inactive for more than 30 days due to client delays may be rescheduled and may incur additional fees.
Refunds
Refund requests are evaluated based on:
- Work completed
- Deliverables provided
- Contract terms
Custom creative work, consulting, software development, and AI implementation are generally non-refundable after delivery or substantial completion.
